Recruit, train, and develop frontline sales managers and agents. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets (premium, persistency, productivity). Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and distribution partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile : Experience : Minimum 7 years in Life Insurance with atleast 2 years in team handling roles. Experience in APC / PO / Agency channel is highly preferred.
