What youll own Plan and publish LinkedIn content for our main brand and 12 IPs (carousels, single posts, short threads, captions). Write authentic, audience-first posts that spark saves, comments and shares not bland announcements. Build and maintain a content calendar; map posts to themes, campaigns and live events. Monitor post performance daily, learn fast, and iterate more of what works, less of what doesnt. Repurpose longform or event content into short, high-engagement posts and carousels. Pitch 12 creative campaign ideas per month (content hooks, influencer angles, newsletter promos). What success looks like in 3 months Consistent posting rhythm (35 LinkedIn posts/week). Noticeable lift in engagement (higher comment rate and saves) and at least one post that drives meaningful conversations. 2 solid campaign ideas tested or lined up for execution. Must-haves Clear, punchy writing with a knack for narrative. Familiarity with LinkedIn mechanics (carousels, alt text, hashtags, engagement tactics). Good eye for visual pairing (Canva basics).
