Role Overview: We’re looking for an entry-level bartender (freshers with training or 1–2 years’ experience) who is excited to join a young, creative team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a menu of signature cocktails and curated recipes (no heavy stock bar). Assist in experimenting with flavours and ingredients to create unique drinks. Provide warm and engaging service to guests at the bar. Manage basic bar inventory and stock rotation. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in bartending (hotel/bar/restaurant experience preferred). We want to serve a mix of signature bestsellers and exciting new additions curated in-house - from tropical smoothies and comfort classics to experimental regional dishes like Malabar Fried Chicken, Prawn Balchao, Nashville Wings, and Shrimp Po Boy. We are looking for committed, energetic kitchen team members to join us immediately. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparation, cooking, and plating of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Maintain consistency, portioning, and quality across bestsellers (pasta, fried rice, poi-based items, etc.) and new curated dishes. Follow recipes and guidance of Chef while also learning to execute independently. Ensure proper mise en place before service and smooth operations during busy hours. Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness. Assist with stock rotation, storage, and basic inventory checks. Support the team in innovation and menu trials when required. Requirements: 1–3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen (café/restaurant/hotel). Knowledge of basic Indian, continental, and Asian preparations (pasta, fried rice, chicken dishes, seafood handling). Willingness to learn unique café-style dishes and follow creative menu concepts.
