Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production data, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence is also a key part of this role. Qualifications Knowledge and able to make operation bulletin Knowledge of Lean tools, Kaizen,5S Experience with Manufacturing Operations, Production management, and general Manufacturing practices Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and improving production processes Knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles and their application in a manufacturing setting Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Diploma in Engineering, Manufactng, or related field 2-4 Experience in the footwear or textiles industry is a plus Salary 20-35K
