Location: Remote Compensation: Base salary plus commission on every successfully closed lead you generate About the Role We are looking for an Outreach Specialist who takes complete ownership of finding and qualifying high-value prospects for our e-commerce solution packages starting at 4000 USD and above . This is a self-directed role for someone who knows how to source and engage prospects from scratch using email, calls, LinkedIn, and social media, not someone who waits for lists or instructions. You will be expected to understand our packages thoroughly, position them accurately, and hand off only sales-ready leads who are financially prepared to buy. We recognize that every campaign has a warm-up period, but there is no long cool-down window here. Measurable results are expected within the first 4–6 weeks . Activity without outcomes will not count as success. If you cannot consistently deliver sales-ready leads, this role is not for you. Key Responsibilities Independently research, identify, and engage high-value prospects aligned with our e-commerce packages Use both company-approved platforms and your own lead generation resources to build and verify target lists Execute qualified outbound touches daily across email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and social media Pre-qualify every prospect to confirm they meet our minimum financial threshold (4000 USD+ package readiness) Book strategy calls only with high-intent prospects who have been fully vetted Keep outreach notes, qualification details, and pipeline activity updated in GoHighLevel CRM Ensure a clean handoff of qualified leads to SDRs and Closers with zero unqualified names entering the funnel Must-Haves At least two years of outreach, lead generation, or inside sales experience with a proven record of producing sales-ready leads that convert Demonstrated ability to generate your own leads from scratch rather than relying on pre-supplied lists Familiarity with e-commerce industry solutions and willingness to quickly master the specifics of our packages Proficiency with Apollo, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel, and your own independent lead-gen tools Strong English communication skills, written and spoken, with the ability to build trust with high-value prospects Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by measurable results rather than activity metrics Compensation Structure Competitive base salary (discussed during interview) Commission on every successfully closed lead you generate Important Note If you do not have at least two years of experience, cannot provide your own tools, or cannot consistently deliver sales-ready leads familiar with and financially prepared for our 4000 USD+ e-commerce packages , please do not apply.
