You have extensive experience in executing full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug life cycle. Your responsibilities include ensuring the successful sign-off and launching of Season Pass, day-to-day Sales, and Events. You will work closely with the production team for ad hoc requests and feasibility requests to enhance feature performance live and boost revenue. Your specialization lies in comprehensive End-to-End testing, which includes functionality testing, UI/UX testing, alpha and beta testing, A/B testing, Analytics, Regression testing, Ad Hoc testing, and SFX testing. You will implement QA best testing practices across the team, improving the quality level of issue reporting through advanced reporting tools like JIRA with supporting logs, image/video attachments. Configuring various features with segment and micro-segmentation to target specific users and thoroughly verifying data sheets provided by the product will be part of your responsibilities. You will compose and implement test cases to ensure exhaustive coverage across all testing areas and track/manage them with Testrail. Generating daily status reports for the Internal QA team, communicating the status of testing, and escalating risks and blockers to key stakeholders on behalf of the Internal QA team is essential. You will take on full QA responsibility as a Point of Contact (POC) for all releases of Season Pass and multiple events, ensuring effective communication among the product team, developers, and production team. Continuous monitoring of live events/features and fixing any issues reported by player service to maintain seamless user experience will also be a part of your role.,
