Role Objective To drive revenue and build long-term OEM relationships by selling copper products including rods, wires, busbars, foils, and specialty variants while managing quoting, QA coordination, and dispatch tracking end-to-end. Role & responsibilities - Identify and convert panel builders, transformer OEMs, EV wiring suppliers, battery pack manufacturers, and merchant exporters - Drive B2B sales with MOQ as low as 200kg to full-truckload - Prepare spec-based quotes with rate sheets (LME + markup + GST) - Manage negotiations and follow-up until PO is secured - Coordinate with procurement team, vendors, and lab - Issue Check QA certs with every order - Track all leads and accounts on Excel/Zoho/Notion - Maintain buyer documentation GST, address, dispatch log - Ensure buyer receives tested product as promised - Manage repeat order planning and feedback Preferred candidate profile Must-Have Experience - 4 to 8 years in wires, rods, busbars, or cable sales - Sold to transformer, panel, or EV OEMs directly - Knows what annealed, tinned, silver-coated, OFHC copper is - Can build quotes, explain specs, justify tolerances - Has issued or discussed purity, microns, plating thickness Preferred Education - B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Metallurgy, or Mechanical (bonus) - MBA / BBA in international business with strong B2B field sales record Compensation - Fixed: 6 to10 LPA (based on experience) - Variable: At Employer Discretion - Incentives for repeat orders, OEM onboarding, and no-return dispatches
