Your responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing strong client relationships by understanding their unique business needs. - Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to boost sales and revenue. - Communicating effectively with clients to address their requirements and showcase our solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. - Meeting and surpassing sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth. - Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements. - Creating and maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends. The ideal candidate should possess: - At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the information technology and services sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Self-motivation and a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in (inbound/outbound) US auto part calling. - Availability for US night shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. - Fluency in English with a US accent (Listening & Speaking). Additional details: - Timings: Night shift (8PM - 4AM). - No Indian holidays, only US holidays observed. - Probation Period: 20 days to 1 month. - Probation salary: 1/2 of the regular salary. - Benefits include health insurance. - Language requirement: Fluent English. - Education: Bachelor's degree. - Skills in international sales and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
