The ideal candidate should possess: - At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the information technology and services sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - Self-motivation and a results-driven approach. - Proficiency in (inbound/outbound) US auto part calling. - Availability for US night shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. - Fluency in English with a US accent (Listening & Speaking). Additional details: - Timings: Night shift (8PM - 4AM). - No Indian holidays, only US holidays observed. - Probation Period: 20 days to 1 month. - Probation salary: 1/2 of the regular salary. - Benefits include health insurance. - Language requirement: Fluent English. - Education: Bachelor's degree. - Skills in international sales and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
