Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers in arranging for the installation of Temperature Dataloggers in vehicles / warehouses Work with vehicle owners / drivers in proper and full installation of Dataloggers After installation, make sure that the Dataloggers are properly installed in the vehicles / warehouses Maintain cordial relationship with customers and issues are resolved at the earliest Travel to different locations for installation of the dataloggers Work with the internal Key Account Managers & Sales team to resolve customer issues promptly Requirements: Good communication skills, writing skills Degree in bachelors or ITI Basic understanding of GPS systems Ability to quickly learn various technologies Ready to travel to different regions to do the installation
