As a Consultant at OpenText, your role involves developing eSignature solutions on ALM/AQM, engaging in requirement gathering with customers, conducting demonstrations, building solutions, and addressing technical queries. You will need to comprehend customer needs, provide guidance on solution alternatives, collaborate closely with ALM/eSignature architects, and leverage your expertise in solution development. It is essential to apply business acumen and consulting methodologies for data analysis. Additionally, you should be eager to enhance your knowledge of the latest ALM/AQM features and explore other AQM-related products like Jira and MF Connect. Your responsibilities include independently developing solutions of moderate technical complexity, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality, conducting unit and integration testing, effectively communicating with peers, actively participating in various project aspects, and adhering to agile and test-driven development practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology or relevant field, or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving, analytical, and coding skills, 4 to 6 years of experience with OpenText ALM/AQM version 15 onwards and vb.net, familiarity with GxP processes and Pharma customer requirements, proficiency in XML, API, Object Orientation, SQL databases, network architecture, Java, JavaScript, and basic web development, design expertise, SOAP, REST web services knowledge, understanding of Single Sign-on mechanisms, and customer-facing experience.
