Role Overview: As a Director / Associate Director - Treasury at Rupeek, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing treasury strategies. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with lenders, fund-raising from various lender classes, managing cash flow, overseeing ALM reporting, credit ratings management, compliance with debt covenants, and working closely with internal stakeholders for timely RBI compliance, financial closing, and audits. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with lenders through regular meetings and sharing information decks, focusing on long-term sustainable relationships - Fund-raising from various lender classes including Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, Venture Debt funds, and HNI/family offices - Sourcing funds through instruments such as Term Loans, NCDs, and structured borrowings - Understanding of Cost of funds, structuring borrowings basis XIRR, and rationalizing transaction costs - Cash Flow management and active building of debt pipeline, anticipating market events impacting liquidity - ALM reporting and conducting ALCO meetings to discuss debt strategy, liquidity situation, and interest rate sensitivities - Manage the Credit ratings of the Company, initiate discussions for rating upgrades, and ensure compliance with debt covenants - Work closely with internal stakeholders for timely RBI compliance, financial closing, and audits Qualification Required: - MBA Finance/CA/CFA or equivalent professional degree - At least 5 years of Treasury experience in NBFC / HFC with a strong understanding of liquidity management, ALM, and credit ratings - Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and understanding of credit - General understanding of various borrowing products available in the market About Rupeek: Rupeek is India's leading asset-backed digital lending fintech platform, committed to making credit accessible in a fair and convenient manner.
