We are developing a next-generation AI platform that powers multi-agent orchestration, intelligent automation, and LLM-based workflows for enterprises across North America and Europe . We’re now looking for ambitious Junior Python Developers who are passionate about building AI systems and are ready to work hands-on with modern tooling and frameworks in a fast-paced product environment. Key Responsibilities Write and test clean, scalable Python code for various components within our AI agent infrastructure. Support the integration of AI agents with APIs, tools, and LLMs (Large Language Models). Assist in setting up basic orchestration logic for automated workflows and tool-calling routines . Participate in model experimentation, evaluation , and result tracking under the guidance of senior engineers. Document your code, test cases, learnings, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing . Required Skills Solid understanding of Python programming fundamentals and object-oriented programming (OOP) . Familiarity with data structures, basic algorithms , and control flow. Hands-on experience using Git and working within collaborative development environments. Curiosity and a genuine interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies like LLMs, agents, and workflow orchestration. Ability to write modular, readable code and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to Python frameworks like FastAPI , Flask , or Streamlit . Familiarity with LangChain , HuggingFace , or OpenAI APIs . Basic understanding of REST APIs , HTTP, and JSON. Experience working on personal or college projects involving AI, NLP, or automation .
