Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining programmable logic controller (PLC) systems for industrial automation. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Develop, program, and test PLC systems to control automated machinery and processes. Design and implement control systems using PLC software such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings. Perform system integration, including wiring, I/O setup, and hardware configuration. Conduct on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of control systems. Troubleshoot PLC logic, identify issues, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with electrical engineers, mechanical teams, and project managers to meet client requirements. Maintain technical documentation, including code descriptions, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Requirements:Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or Automation Engineer. Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram (FBD). Knowledge of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems. Strong understanding of industrial automation, sensors, and control systems. Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SCADA systems and industrial networks. Familiarity with industry protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
