Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Chandigarh. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer experience, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. The role also involves assisting customers with their orders, providing product information, and supporting them throughout their gardening journey. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction experience Skills in managing Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in gardening or horticulture is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
