We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the Allokare team. The role involves promoting and selling our surgical and pharmaceutical supplies to hospitals, pharmacies. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Promote Allokare’s product portfolio, including surgical instruments and pharmaceutical supplies. Present product features and benefits to decision-makers, such as doctors, purchase managers, and pharmacists. Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Proactively drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and upselling to existing clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring product satisfaction. Market Research & Reporting: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
