Allocation Executive

As an Allocation Executive reporting to the Sales Manager, your role involves the following responsibilities: - **Vehicle Allocation & Inventory Management:** - Plan and allocate vehicles to dealerships based on demand and stock availability. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams. - Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers and dealers. - **Retail Sales Coordination:** - Support dealer sales teams in achieving targets. - Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for smooth retail operations. - Address customer inquiries related to vehicle availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. - **Order Processing & Documentation:** - Process dealer orders and ensure compliance with company policies. - Maintain accurate records of vehicle allocations and deliveries. - **Market Analysis & Demand Forecasting:** - Analyze market trends to forecast vehicle demand. - Assist in planning stock levels based on sales patterns. - **Dealer & Customer Support:** - Act as a point of contact between the company and dealers/customers. - Resolve dealer concerns regarding vehicle allocation and logistics. - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. - **Reporting & MIS (Management Information System):** - Prepare reports on stock movement, sales performance, and allocation efficiency. - Present data insights to management for decision-making. **Key Skills Required:** - Inventory Management & Logistics - Retail Sales & Customer Handling - Data Analysis & Reporting - Coordination & Communication - Knowledge of Automotive Sales & Market Trends - Problem-Solving & Decision Making In addition to the job responsibilities and key skills required, the job type is Full-time with benefits including paid sick time, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
