Job Description

As an Allocation Executive reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage vehicle allocation and inventory. You will be required to plan and allocate vehicles to dealerships based on demand and stock availability. It will be essential to monitor stock levels closely and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of vehicles to customers and dealers. In addition to vehicle allocation, you will be involved in retail sales coordination. This will involve supporting dealer sales teams in achieving targets and liaising with finance and insurance teams to facilitate smooth retail operations. Addressing customer inquiries related to vehicle availability, pricing, and delivery timelines will also be part of your role. Your responsibilities will extend to order processing and documentation. You will need to process dealer orders efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintaining accurate records of vehicle allocations and deliveries will be crucial for organizational efficiency. Market analysis and demand forecasting will also be a key aspect of your role. Analyzing market trends to forecast vehicle demand and assisting in planning stock levels based on sales patterns will be critical for effective inventory management. You will serve as a point of contact between the company and dealers/customers, resolving concerns related to vehicle allocation and logistics. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service will be paramount. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing reports on stock movement, sales performance, and allocation efficiency. Presenting data insights to management for decision-making purposes will be an integral part of your role. Key skills required for this position include inventory management and logistics expertise, retail sales proficiency, data analysis and reporting capabilities, strong coordination and communication skills, knowledge of automotive sales and market trends, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
