Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in quality management in a gear manufacturing or precision engineering environment. Proven experience in managing ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality certifications. Strong knowledge of gear measurement, metallurgy, heat treatment, and testing.
