Position 1: Marketing Head Experience Required: 4-5 years (in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in building materials or related industries) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share. Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives. Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and events. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making. Oversee digital and offline marketing activities. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and customer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. Position 2: Zonal Manager Experience Required: 10-15 years (in sales and operations management within building materials or allied sectors) Key Responsibilities: Oversee sales, distribution, and operational activities in the assigned zone. Achieve revenue targets and ensure profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Lead a team of sales managers and executives, ensuring high performance. Implement company policies and ensure operational efficiency. Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in zonal/territory management. Strong negotiation and business development skills.
