Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the disbursal business as a Partnership Manager. This role will also focus on driving GTM for key government and partnership projects (Corporate BC) ensuring the successful execution of customer use cases, and working with cross-functional teams to foster business growth. The candidate should have strong experience in stakeholder management, business analysis, and team leadership, with a clear understanding of bank products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive GTM for Disbursals /Corporate BC Business: Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the Banks disbursal from key MFIs and Dairy partners Develop and implement the Go-To-Market strategy for the Banks Corporate BC business. Collaborate with CFT to align GTM strategies and ensure seamless execution. 2. Drive GTM for Key Government Projects: Lead GTM initiatives for key government projects (like SRLM-BC Sakhis) in collaboration with various stakeholders. Understand and anticipate the requirements of government projects, ensuring that the Bank’s solutions meet project specifications and deadlines. 3. Use Case Management & Customer Service Integration: Lead efforts in closing the loop on customer use cases by providing troubleshooting support and identifying areas for improvement. Continuously analyze customer feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure solutions meet expectations. 4. Metric-wise dash boarding and Analysis: Design and maintain detailed metric-wise dashboards to track performance and business growth. Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in GTM strategies. Use insights from dashboard analysis to make informed decisions that optimize GTM design and execution. 5. End-to-End Understanding of Bank Use Cases: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the different use cases across the bank, including products and services offered to customers. Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on the latest offerings and ensure GTM strategies are aligned with product features and benefits. Use this knowledge to improve the bank’s business proposition and refine customer interactions. 6. Stakeholder Management for Various Projects: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on key projects. Work cross-functionally with product, technology, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful project execution. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective completion of all tasks. 7. Promoter program management Lead and motivate a team of promoters and team leaders, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals with the help of circle Partnership GTMs. Managing end to end lifecycle of promoter, attendance and payroll management. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and excellence. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration to Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, alliance, marketing, operations, technology, and legal, to ensure the smooth execution of GTM strategies and business initiatives. Facilitate regular communication and alignment between teams to address challenges and maximize opportunities for growth. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, Go-To-Market strategy, and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of banking products, government projects, and business correspondence (BC) services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dash boarding tools is a plus. Additional Information: This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

You will closely work with Marketing and Partners to organize campaigns/road shows to increase our visibility on the partnership. You are expected to convey the right strategic approach to move or progress from one tier to the other in the partnership journey with the cloud providers and activate execution channels and implement actions in a timely manner to ensure tier level progression and revenue generation. You should possess an ability to network, build relationships, and explain the value proposition of our digital technologies. You should also have sales or marketing experience and should have been in customer-facing situations in the recent past.
