We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Cadence Allegro tools. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end PCB design, from schematic translation to manufacturing support. Key Responsibilities: Design complex multilayer PCBs using Cadence Allegro and related tools. Collaborate with electrical engineers to convert schematics into optimized PCB layouts. Define board stack-ups, impedance control, and layout constraints. Perform signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and DFA/DFT/DFM analysis. Generate and review fabrication and assembly documentation (Gerber files, BOMs, pick & place files, assembly drawings). Create and maintain PCB design libraries. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IPC, RoHS, UL). Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in PCB CAD tools, especially Cadence Allegro. Strong understanding of high-speed design principles and layout best practices. Familiarity with EMI/EMC considerations and thermal management. Experience with HDI, mixed-signal, and RF PCB designs. Knowledge of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-2221, IPC-7351). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience with DFx (Design for Excellence) methodologies.

Responsibilities • TE Connectivity is seeking an experienced candidate for high speed printed circuit board design. • The candidate is expected to interface with US and China based engineering teams for input and independently work on printed circuit board layout while also providing guidance and direction to local designers. • The position requires that the candidate be able to utilize generalized engineering direction to create detailed custom designs. • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the end design and be able to take ownership of various aspects of the PCB design. • Programs may additionally include pre-layout analysis and coordination of global vendors for prototype fabrication and assembly. Role & responsibilities Ensure the installation, Qualification, and Maintenance of the SPMs, Testers, Fixtures at out Customer site related to the PCBA and Box build assemblies in accordance with Our standards to ensure smooth assembly and testing processes. Work hand in hand with the our ME team, as part of the team ensure builds in PCBA & boxbuilds are completed as per the project schedules. Accountable for the allocated project's completion at the CM side including SPM, ATE, FCT, ICT, and FPT as per the need of the program. Communicate with the Vendors and Suppliers for expediting of the SPM equipment, fixtures, testers, jigs, ATEs, etc to achieve the timelines. Monitor daily production plan vs actual, first pass yield, and ensure the CM is implementing and taking necessary actions to reduce the failures Ensure the OEE of the SPMs, Testers, and ATEs are kept 98% Working with vendors in communicating requirements, reviewing designs and equipment building at vendor places. Validate testing and process cycle times and yield to meet the TAKT and OEE requirements Accountable for PCBA & BoxBuild debug & analysis data sharing on a daily basis also publish the results of the DOEs and special builds conducted. Conduct pre-audits prior to Equipment stabilization and PPAP and continue to do periodic line audits and publish the NCs to the ME team at IBC. Execute and monitor the DOEs assigned at foxconn for the box build assembly process improvements. Should travel to our Bangalore office or factory as and when requested. Required to work on Testers & ICT fixtures at Foxconn for any upgrade that is required on a hardware or software level. Preferred candidate profile Working knowledge in understanding assembly instructions & CTQ requirements for PCBs, PCBAs & Box builds. Sound understanding in handling child components of both PCBA & Box builds. Hands on with the ability to understand the complete PCBA flow thereby resolving issues in the line Test plan and test point coverage analysis Working knowledge of Gerbers, ODB++, CAD files MSA, Gage R&R and calibration practises. Working knowledge in the testing domain such as ICT, FCT & box builds. Dipl. / B.E or equivalent with Specialization in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation & Control 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in NPI activities & testing for module development in Automotive / IoT Systems / Portable consumer electronics domain. Key Responsibilities: Actively gather the necessary models and input to run the simulation from datasheets, supplier contacts, and websites. Perform PCB level SI and PI (DC & AC Drop) analysis and provide layout optimization recommendations based on the results. Perform S-parameter simulation and bench verification to verify and control matched impedances. Perform high-frequency Signal Integrity testing, including compliance and debugging required for product development. Needs to be detail-oriented, be able to document test plans, execute test procedures, and generate reports.
