As a member of the team, your key responsibilities will include conducting detailed requirements analysis for both new and existing software projects in the energy trading sector. You will collaborate with stakeholders such as traders, business managers, and IT teams to gather and document essential business and functional requirements. Developing clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases will be crucial in translating requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions with the software development team. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities for process improvements, provide recommendations, and consult on the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between business users and technical teams, participating in project planning, review meetings, and providing regular progress updates, as well as consulting the Product Owner in managing the backlog will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are required to have at least 12 years of ETRM industry experience, with a solid understanding and experience of projects in ETRM, Power/Gas Trading domain, and European Markets. Experience in customization/integration with Allegro, functional requirements gathering and documentation, designing Allegro based functional prototypes, and understanding E2E data flow scenarios in Allegro are essential. Additionally, you should possess expertise in Trade Lifecycle, Trade Valuations, Market Data, PnL Reporting & Market Reports, and be adept at reference data design and setup in Allegro. Proficiency in using business analysis software and tools like Microsoft SQL, Azure, JIRA, Confluence, and experience in implementing and configuring Allegro Horizon are also required.
