Job Description: Design and implement SaaS-based partner portals (e.g., Impartner, Allbound, Zift) with a focus on enhancing partner experiences. Integrate partner portal systems with Salesforce CRM, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms, enabling real-time insights, and automating key business processes. Work closely with Business stakeholders, Salesforce admins and developers to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and partner portal systems. Ensure the partner portal provides intuitive experience for users to manage and redeem rewards, track MDF spend, and access program resources. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of partner portal data with other business systems, including ERP, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Facilitate data exchange between systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date information for both internal business teams and partners. Leverage Salesforce reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights into partner performance, MDF utilization, program effectiveness, and overall portal success. Design dashboards and reports in Salesforce to monitor the success of partner programs and portal features. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all partner portal operations and integrations. Stay up to date with the latest regulatory requirements to maintain secure and compliant systems. Produce clear documentation on partner portal architecture, integration processes, and best practices. Assist in training internal teams and partners on portal usage, Salesforce CRM features, and integrated workflows. Key Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with SaaS-based partner portals (e.g., Impartner, Allbound, Zift, or similar platforms). Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including integration of external systems with Salesforce. Proven experience managing VIP and Front-End Rewards programs in partner portals. Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, data models, and API-based integrations. Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools to extract actionable insights. Proficiency in integrating partner portals with CRM and other systems. Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and integration methodologies. Ability to assess complex business and technical requirements, translating them into effective solutions. Strong analytical skills to identify trends, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners. Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors. Ability to work with business leaders in US and EMEA time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus. Experience managing MDF and Partner Locator features in partner portals are a plus. Experience working with and integrating AI chatbots is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
