Responsibilities: + Evolve AYC's positioning as India's leading progressive cultural platform. + Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for AYC's IPs and festivals. + Own AYC's tone of voice, design consistency, and cultural relevance across all channels. + Drive community engagement through digital, PR, influencer, and grassroots initiatives. + Build media visibility (press, social, editorial) around AYC's events and collaborations. What We're Looking For: + 5-7 years experience in cultural marketing, brand strategy, or lifestyle/community marketing. + Strong instincts for youth culture, design, and progressive cultural movements. + Proven ability to scale communities through marketing campaigns. + Strong communication and storytelling skills (digital + experiential). + Strategic thinker who can balance long-term brand building with short-term campaign needs.
