We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant(Female) to provide administrative and personal support to MD of a company. The ideal candidate should be professional, efficient, and capable of handling both professional and personal tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally. Be open to doing the personal tasks of the boss. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office. Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams. Assist with outside tasks like purchases and household management if required. Key Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Must have experience of 3-5 years as an personal assistant. Good command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management. Flexible with work hours and tasks.
