Job Description

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes across different cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, South Indian.) as per menu or event requirements.
  • Assist in menu preparation, portioning, and food presentation.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Support kitchen operations during events, outdoor catering, and live counters.
  • Handle multiple cooking stations (grill, fry, tandoor, salad, dessert, etc.) efficiently.
  • Follow instructions from the Executive/Sous Chef and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
  • Manage food stock levels and inform the store or chef about low supplies.
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and waste control practices.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
