Key Responsibilities - Software-Driven Services for Landlords: - Generate automated valuation models (AVMs) using AcreEdge/Mashvisor - Identify off-market acquisitions via DealMachine/GeoTech - Create zoning feasibility studies with CityBldr/Esri - Optimize rental pricing via Plotzy/YOLO algorithms - Deliver 3D digital twin models (Naver) - Client Reporting: - Build interactive dashboards (UrbanSim/Deepblocks) showing: - Portfolio performance - Redevelopment ROI scenarios - Market rent vs. actual rent gaps 4.
