This BDM will lead national sales efforts, focusing on North and expanding into other zones by supporting distributors or agents regionally. The candidate will be based out of our Delhi/NCR head office and will focus on expanding customer base in target sectors through aggressive field sales, consultant follow-ups, and project closings. The BDM is not just a sales role—it is a growth enabler. He/she will target core industrial verticals such as automotive, packaging, pharmaceuticals, textiles, warehousing, cement, food processing, and infrastructure. Key activities will include meeting decision-makers at OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and factory heads to understand their material handling challenges and present tailor-made conveyor solutions. The BDM must possess strong techno-commercial acumen, communication skills, and a proactive mindset. He/she will manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closure—while closely collaborating with the internal design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure that client expectations are met. Additionally, this role is instrumental in developing lasting customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, exploring opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and participating in trade expos and industry seminars to build Aline's presence across the country. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including invoice generation, taxation (GST/TDS), and timely vendor/customer payments. The Accounts Executive will play a critical role in ensuring accurate project costing for conveyor manufacturing, tracking payments for raw materials and components, and generating monthly P&L statements for internal management. This person will also help maintain real-time visibility of receivables and payables, critical to managing working capital and ensuring timely delivery. In our conveyor industry, projects often involve milestone-based payments, subcontracting, advance receivables, and delivery-linked invoices. The Accounts Executive must be well-versed in managing such cash flow cycles, vendor communication, and statutory deadlines. Experience in Tally or Zoho Books, GST return filing, and basic audit compliance is mandatory. This role reports to the Director (Finance/Admin) and will work closely with the purchase and project execution teams to keep financials aligned with project timelines.
