We are seeking an experienced Pressman to be responsible for die setup, fitting, and maintenance within our press operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operating Hydraulic Press Machines and ensuring the efficient functioning of stamping dies. Key Responsibilities: - Operating Hydraulic Press Machines and ensuring proper functionality - Installing and removing stamping dies in mechanical or hydraulic presses - Aligning, fitting, and adjusting dies for optimal operation and part quality - Performing preventive maintenance on dies, including cleaning and lubrication - Troubleshooting die-related issues during production and conducting minor repairs - Collaborating with press operators and maintenance teams to reduce downtime - Reading and interpreting technical drawings and part specifications - Utilizing precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify die setup accuracy Experience: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pressman Die Fitter.
