We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to join our sales and customer outreach team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote banking products, insurance plans, and other financial services, explain product benefits, handle objections, and generate leads or conversions.
Position: Back Office Executive – Loan Department Location: 3rd 307-308 floor ALSF /Alice KB Mall Sapna Sangeeta near porwal lotus showroom Company: Alice Finance About the RoleWe are looking for a Back Office Executive to manage and process loan applications and related documentation. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination with customers, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan file processing. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, verify, and organize loan application documents. Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems/CRM. Check KYC documents, income proofs, and other required paperwork. Coordinate with sales team and customers for missing or additional documents. Ensure files meet compliance and regulatory requirements before submission. Track loan file status and update records regularly. Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital). Liaise with banks/NBFCs and internal departments for approvals and disbursals. RequirementsQualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in loan processing, banking, or finance domain will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management.
