As we strive to achieve this mission, we are looking to bring onboard exceptional minds to join our team. As a Product Manager at Armada.ai, you will be an integral part of our Platform team. Collaborating closely with a senior product leader, you will drive the development of core platform capabilities that power our enterprise SaaS and intelligent infrastructure stack. Your responsibilities will include designing systems like access and user management, alerting/notifications, and other platform services essential for secure, scalable, and intelligent operations across our global deployments. Your role will involve translating cross-functional needs into platform-level solutions that are secure, intuitive, and adaptable across cloud and edge environments. You will be at the forefront of platform product ownership, working on the strategy and roadmap for internal platform features such as access management, notification infrastructure, and orchestration tools. Designing capabilities that scale across multi-tenant organizations, internal tools, and customer-facing systems will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Collaboration is at the heart of what you'll do, working across engineering, architecture, and AI teams to develop cohesive and future-ready product capabilities. By identifying pain points across internal and external users, you will inform roadmap decisions and prioritize areas of focus. Ensuring that all platform tools are designed to support intelligence, automation, and observability will be crucial in your role. Your key responsibilities will revolve around driving the planning and execution of platform features across multiple workstreams, defining detailed product requirements and workflows, and owning backlog grooming, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. Collaboration with designers, engineers, and architects to deliver platform solutions on schedule, supporting rollout strategies, and tracking adoption and feedback will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6-8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software. Experience working on platform or internal tools with technical and cross-functional complexity is essential, along with familiarity with enterprise application patterns. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with technical teams are key qualifications.
