Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and messages from customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Resolve order-related queries and concerns with professionalism. Maintain follow-ups and ensure every customer feels valued. Communicate clearly, patiently, and with a positive attitude. Coordinate with dispatch or backend teams when needed. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong understanding of customer service. Ability to handle pressure during peak enquiry hours.
