Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for XELIFT and Automation Solutions. Identify, connect, and build relationships with industrial clients, dealers, and distributors. Collaborate with the Technical Sales Engineer to deliver product demos, proposals, and ROI discussions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events. Maintain CRM records, client communication logs, and sales reports. Candidate Profile Experience: 2–4 years in B2B/industrial sales, preferably in machinery/equipment/material handling. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with travel within NCR/industrial hubs. Confident, professional, and target-oriented. Compensation Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Fixed) + Incentive EXTRA Incentives: Performance-based, linked to new business generation
