Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for XELIFT and Automation Solutions. Identify, connect, and build relationships with industrial clients, dealers, and distributors. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures (with technical support). Collaborate with the Technical Sales Engineer to deliver product demos, proposals, and ROI discussions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events. Maintain CRM records, client communication logs, and sales reports. Candidate Profile Experience: 2–4 years in B2B/industrial sales, preferably in machinery/equipment/material handling. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with travel within NCR/industrial hubs. Confident, professional, and target-oriented. Compensation Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (Fixed) + Incentive EXTRA Incentives: Performance-based, linked to new business generation
