Manages the operation on site in general with focus on the HR & Admin process. 2 Purpose of the function Coordinating with Manager and plan for day-to-day work. Full-fill the task assign by manager on time with accuracy. HR executive is responsible for keeping employee accurate record. You demonstrate interest in managing HR & Admin activities and be able to handle on time-sensitive tasks. 3 Function description 3.1 Activities Managing the above-mentioned terms. Check contract manpower availability and arrange according to need. Maintain contract manpower attendance system. Maintain unauthorized absenteeism record. Help to full fill all administration work & activity. Help to screening candidates. Support to prepared and maintain cultural activity. Support to prepared and implement CSR activity. Support in organizing and arranging training as per calendar & requirement. Help to build and implement employee engagement. Compliance documentation and record keeping. Help to create content and news for soft marketing on LinkedIn. 4 Authority Transportation arrangement. Disciplinary action on contract manpower. 5 Function requirements Graduate / BBA / MSW - and thinking level through education or experience. Good experience in amine work and record keeping. Excellent knowledge of the English & local language in word and writing. Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Excel and Word). Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar executive position.
