Role & responsibilities Operations of Distillery, Effluent Treatment Plant (MEE, Incineration, CPU) & Organic Manure Plant Business Plan of Distillery, ETP & OMP Control of production process parameters Project Management Statutory Compliances of Distillery & Effluent Treatment plant operations MIS Raw Material & finished product-monitoring Effluent Management-treatment & disposal system Warehousing Key interdependencies Internal-Engg, Finance, Mktg, Sugar Process External-Prohibition/Excise departments, PCB &Safety Depts Preferred candidate profile Specialisation in Alcohol Chemistry and a minimum 10 years experience in Distillery Plants, Process Industries. Knowledge Technical: Fermentation, Distillation, Effluent Treatment Systems (MEE& CPU), Utility sections, Boiler operations, Distribution and electrical systems Legal- rules and statutes Preferably handled both atmospheric and multi-pressure distillation processes and products to include rectified spirit, ENA and absolute alcohol
