A B2B Sales Manager develops sales strategies, leads and mentors the sales team to achieve revenue targets, manages client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and conducts market research to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include setting quotas, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal departments like marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients to understand their needs and drive satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospecting new clients through various channels to expand market share. Track sales performance, set sales quotas, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management. Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and evolving customer needs. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven track record of success in B2B sales and sales leadership. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to build rapport with clients and close deals. Strong analytical and data-driven skills for forecasting and performance analysis. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
