Absolutely pathetic! The management is a joke—completely clueless and unorganized. The product quality is downright awful, falling apart within days. To top it off, they lie about refunds! Promised to refund in 5-7 days, but it’s been over a month, and nothing! Customer support is useless and keeps making excuses. Total scam—stay away!

Genuinely an honest review, i have ordered this for my mother and i am impressed with the immediate response. This was my first experience where the issue was resolved so swiftly. I shop online frequently, but this was by far the fastest and most effective response I’ve ever received.
