Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, offering, negotiating, and closing positions. Source candidates from Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards/social media channels. Work on Contract, Permanent & Contract-to-Hire positions. Identify and interview candidates to assess their skillset and career goals. Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare candidates, and follow up. Negotiate contracts and offers, managing the entire placement process. Build and maintain a pipeline of IT positions and candidates.
