About the Role Alai is looking for someone to shape the brand’s voice across blogs, social media, emails, and product marketing. If you love storytelling, have a strong aesthetic sense, and are eager to learn, this role is for you! What You’ll Do: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Write blogs, social media content, and marketing emails. Work with designers—or take the initiative yourself—to create visuals and videos for onboarding, education, and social media. Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our online presence. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active community. What We’re Looking For: Passion for storytelling, social media, and digital marketing. Strong writing skills with an eye for design. Familiarity with various social media platforms and an understanding of what works on each. Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for you?
