Roles & Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Marketing Associate located in Nagpur. • Manage relationships with the affiliate partners • Help grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners • Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for all affiliate partners • Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate and partnership budget • Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends • Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material • Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to deploy and optimise campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel • Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news • Promote the affiliate channel and opportunity across the industry • Ensure all targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships Key Skills/Experience: • Experience managing US-based marketplaces, including: Amazon, Walmart, eBay Plus experience • Hands-on with product listings – creating, optimizing, and managing listings • Strong Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Data Analysis, and Reporting • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
