Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator Location: Warangal Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee teaching, curriculum, and parent engagement in our early childhood program. The role focuses on mentoring teachers, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, and supporting smooth school operations. Key Responsibilities Mentor and guide Pre-Primary teachers through training, feedback, and classroom observations. Oversee curriculum planning, report cards, events, and activities. Coordinate field trips, parent workshops, and community engagement programs. Support recruitment, teacher appraisals, and professional development. Manage administrative needs such as materials, MIS data, and school communications. Skills & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies. Minimum [X years] experience in Early Childhood Education/Coordination.
