About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee teaching, curriculum, and parent engagement in our early childhood program. The role focuses on mentoring teachers, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, and supporting smooth school operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Pre-Primary teachers through training, feedback, and classroom observations.
• Oversee curriculum planning, report cards, events, and activities.
• Coordinate field trips, parent workshops, and community engagement programs.
• Support recruitment, teacher appraisals, and professional development.
• Manage administrative needs such as materials, MIS data, and school communications.

Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Minimum [X years] experience in Early Childhood Education/Coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
