I had booked a flat in AKG in 2016 by paying one lakh rupees, after that till date I neither got the flat nor did I get the money back. Whenever I called, I was always given false assurance.

It has been booked for 2014, the agreement is registered, the loan is ongoing from the bank but the possession has not been received yet nor is the flat ready yet, it was to be given in 2016, it is 2024 but it has not been received yet, its owner Anuj Kuchhal Saheb does not pick up the calls and no one is available at the office.

AKG owner Mr. Anil Kuchal either took my 65000 rupees or did not give me any plot or did not return the money, the court has also issued arrest warrant against Anil Kuchal but the police has not sent back the money.
