Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of professional software development experience. Strong proficiency in Scala programming language. Hands-on experience with Akka (Actors, Streams, Clustering) and Play Framework . Strong understanding of functional programming concepts and concurrency . Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs. Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra). Familiarity with build tools such as SBT or Maven . Experience with Git or other version control systems. Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage. Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. As an experienced member of our Core banking Base Development / Professional Service Group, you will be responsible for effective Microservice development in Scala and delivery of our NextGen transformation / professional services projects/programs. What You Will Do: Adhere the processes followed for development in the program. Report status, and proactively identify issues to the Tech Lead and management team. Personal ownership and accountability for delivering assigned tasks and deliverables within the established schedule.
