Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors and pharmacists. Achieve sales targets within assigned territory. Schedule regular visits to existing and potential clients. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Maintain accurate records of daily visits and submit timely reports. Organize and participate in medical conferences and promotional events. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduation in any stream. 02 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel extensively. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role. Familiarity with the healthcare and pharma market in the region. MBA in Marketing.
