The role involves engaging with customers through chat, resolving their queries, and promoting our services to generate leads and conversions. Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional support to customers via chat platforms. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Generate leads and assist in closing deals through effective communication. Maintain customer records and update CRM tools accurately. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to follow up on potential leads. Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle escalations when needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. 0–3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or BDE roles. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Kannada . Good typing speed and familiarity with chat tools. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Previous experience in chat or customer support is a plus.
