Managing occupancy levels, revenue, and expenses: Optimizing profitability and achieving financial targets. Resolving guest complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction: Addressing issues promptly and proactively. Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property: Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests. Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies: Promoting the hotel's services and amenities. Setting strategic goals and objectives for the hotel: Aligning departmental goals with overall hotel objectives. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies: Making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
