We are looking for a CNC EDM Sparking & Wire Cut Operator to join our plant at Daman. If Candidate has any experience in Medical Parts production will be beneficial. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC EDM , Wire Cut & EDM Drill machines, ensuring precision cutting and quality output. Key Responsibilities: Operate and program CNC EDM Wire Cut machines, Brand- Excetek & Joemars for precision cutting. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints . Set up tools, machine parameters, and workpieces for optimal cutting operations . Monitor machine performance and ensure accurate measurements and tolerances . Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues . Ensure quality control by inspecting finished components using measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.) . Maintain proper documentation of machine operations and production output. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment. Required Skills & Competencies: ✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files . ✅ Good knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and programming . ✅ Experience with precision measuring instruments . ✅ Basic troubleshooting skills for machine issues. ✅ Strong attention to detail and quality standards. ✅ Ability to work independently and in a team .
