Experience: 1 - 3 Years Role Description We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with expertise in B2B & B2C sales of flooring, sanitary, plumbing, tiles. The role involves driving sales, building client relationships, managing daily operations and coordinating projects for residential and commercial customers. Key Responsibilities Drive sales through lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing. Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and walk-in clients. Guide customers on product selection, design, and application. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries. Manage day-to-day department operations and ensure stock availability. Skills & Competencie s Strong sales and negotiation skills. Relationship building with B2B & B2C clients. Knowledge of flooring, sanitary, plumbing, and Tiles. Inventory management and CRM proficiency. Excellent communication and team coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 1–3 years’ experience in building materials/home improvement sales. MS Office & Excel & ERP knowledge.
