As an Onsite Psychologist at our company, your role will involve conducting psychological assessments, providing therapy and counseling, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with medical professionals for comprehensive patient care. You will be located in Jaisalmer and be responsible for supporting mental health initiatives and contributing to patient wellness through evidence-based practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting psychological assessments - Providing therapy and counseling - Developing treatment plans - Collaborating with medical professionals for comprehensive patient care - Supporting mental health initiatives - Contributing to patient wellness through evidence-based practices To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proficiency in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling - Experience in conducting Psychological Assessments - Knowledge in Medicine and its application in mental health - Licensing as a Psychologist with relevant certifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Experience with AI-supported therapy and digital health solutions is a plus - Masters or Doctorate degree in Psychology Travel to and from home to the State Office will be reimbursed, and the working hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a total of 78 hours per month. The salary range for this position is between 6k to 8k.,
